  • Submit Application Form
    • Filipino citizen of legal age
    • Residing/working in Silang, Cavite
    • Completed PMES
  • Pay fees:
    • ₱300 Membership Fee
    • ₱4,000 Share Capital (installment allowed)
  • Sign Membership and Subscription Agreement
